The  United States  (US)  military , for the first time, has released footage  of the F-35A  Joint Strike Fighter  stealth fighter jet  dropping an inert or imitation nuclear bomb at speeds exceeding the speed of sound or supersonic.  Actual nuclear weapons testing was prohibited under the 1996 agreement. The the footage, compiled by Sandia National Laboratories, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the US National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), shows the test flight took place Aug. 25 at the Tonopah Test Range, part of the Nevada Test. and Training Range which also houses Area 51.        Anne Moore, a Senior Lecturer in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at University College Cork, Ireland, revealed a number of "weaknesses" of the covid 19 vaccines .  He said this "drawback" applies to the majority of newly developed vaccines.      According to him, a new vaccine for a new disease means a lot of questions about this.  The majority of those questions, he explained, were still unanswered, at least so far.      "We don't know how long (the vaccine) will last.        South Korea is reportedly considering first tighten some social distancing rules in Seoul and its surroundings.  This step was taken after South Korea reported 300 new cases  in five Covid-19 consecutive days.      South Korean Prime Minister Chung Sye-Kyun said that officials will discuss whether to enforce stricter distance regulations for the Seoul region as well as the country's southwest region, to curb the spread of Covid-19 .      Under South Korea's coping with Covid-19 guidelines, the level of restriction is determined by certain benchmarks, such as a significant increase in a short period of time, or when the daily national tally exceeds 300 for more than a week.      However, Chung said, the government is studying whether to tighten social distancing rules in some parts of South Korea before it faces more than 300 cases per day. reference https://international.sindonews.com/read/241596/40...

       Many of the United States  (US)  fighter jets , including the new F / A-18E / F Super Hornet, F-16, F-22 Raptor, and F-15C / D Eagle failed to meet their intended mission targets.  This was revealed in a new report by the Government Accountability Office (GAO).      According to the GAO report, about half of all aircraft could not reach readiness standards even one year in the stated duration.  However, the F-15E Strike Eagle can meet its annual mission capability level in 4 out of 9 years.       "GAO examined 46 aircraft types and found that only three met their annual mission capability targets in most of the years for 2011 to 2019 fiscal years and 24 did not meet their annual mission capability targets," said the GAO report, quoted by the  EurAsian Times , Monday ( 23/11/2020).      One of the top three performing aircraft was the US Air Force's UH-1N Huey helicopter, which has been ...
